We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is not as described or differs significantly from the details provided on our website.
The item has manufacturing defects upon receipt.
Please note:
Natural variations in gemstone color, inclusions, or size are not considered defects.
Custom-made, engraved, or resized jewelry is non-returnable.
Change of mind or personal preference is not an eligible reason for return.
Customers must notify us of any issue within 10 days of receiving the item.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all certificates, invoices, and authenticity documents included.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and free from alterations.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
If you wish to purchase a different gem, please return the eligible product for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and insurance.
