The item has manufacturing defects upon receipt.
Please note:
Natural variations in gemstone color, inclusions, or size are not considered defects.
Custom-made, engraved, or resized jewelry is non-returnable.
Change of mind or personal preference is not an eligible reason for return.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
